Rodger Roth
Founder, managing member, and majority share holder.
A graduate of Florida Southern College, Mr. Roth entered the broadcast industry in 1976. During this time, Rodger served as director of engineering for the Radio Training Network, designing and building four radio stations. It was during these early years that Mr. Roth gained experience in tower lighting and maintenance. During his tenure in broadcasting, Mr. Roth founded two companies; Mile High Tower Inspections, and TowerSentry. With over 30 years experience associated with the tower industry, TowerSentry is the oldest tower light monitoring service in the world.

Rick Hoover
Operations Manager, and shareholder.
Anyone who has called TowerSentry will notice Rick Hoover’s polished voice. Rick began working at radio stations in high school and went on to be a radio announcer, program director and manager at radio stations in Missouri, Illinois and Florida. Mr. Hoover and Mr. Roth met while working at WCIE radio in Lakeland, FL. After working as a station manager in Peoria, Rick joined the staff at TowerSentry quickly moving into the position of Operations Manager.
Mr. Hoover is also an accomplished writer having authored several articles in the broadcast industry.

Tony Peyton
Outside sales representative
Tony’s list of achievements is broad. He received medical, jump, survival, and special forces training & service in the USAF Para-rescue AFSC. Mr. Peyton attended CCAF / Air University where he started his College Education. Tony attended the University of New Mexico, Fort Hays State University, and Kaplin University. Tony has founded and sold two corporations; Advanced Cellular Engineering Inc & Broadcast Measurement Service, both in Linear real estate construction & service. Tony is involved as Principal of T.I.M.E. INC., a Kansas Corporation & specializes as a co-location Engineering Consultant. Mr. Peyton is an accomplished tower erector with over 25 years in the tower industry currently holding Master Service Agreement’s with Crown Castle, SBA, Aero Solutions, and six engineering firms sporting fifteen professional engineers across the nation.
